Educationalist, communications consultant and transformational coach. Founder of ‘Adam Fraser’, a private enterprise dedicated to raising organizational intelligence through interpersonal communications. As an orator, Adam has presented globally advocating for ‘21 st century skills’, critical skills for today’s workforce. Currently working in Yangon, Myanmar, he has honed his focus on raising the standard of public speaking. Adam continues coaching and conducting workshops for organizations such TEDx Yangon, Phandeeyar accelerator program, Rock Start impact startup, The International school Yangon(ISY) and Action4Diabetics (A4D). His philanthropic contributions to the arts had been through directing many provocative works including Sir Peter Hall’s adaptation of ‘Animal Farm’ and Orwell’s play adaptation ‘1984’. His previous acting career has given him a skill set suited to engage large audiences and he is well versed in the art of stage management. Currently enrolled in Masters of Training and Development Adam is striving to expand the role that communications has in the community by developing programs that incorporate transformative communication techniques. Adam continues to foster the students of ‘The International School Yangon’ and the local community by providing them a program that nurtures clear collaborative communication and a strength of spirit.
